- Sample Availability & Policy
After receipt of customer's sample order, a performance invoice ( PI ) will be generated for customer's acceptance. Upon confirmation of PI, and settlement of payment, we will proceed to produce the samples. Deliverleadtime will be as quoted. All samples are not for free.
- Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions
Two (2) years warranty against manufacturing defects (material, labor or fabrication) which cause lamp failures.
- Export/Import Processing Support
We handle export matters including Custom, and booking of freight shipment.
- After Sales Service
We have competent after sales service team to serve and support all customers.
